CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Hearing will be held by the Board of Commissioners of Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania on May 24, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 2900 South Pike Avenue, to review Appeal No. CU-12-4793. Ms. Debbie Ivins of TNT Fireworks requests permission for a Temporary Tent to conduct retail sales of sparklers and novelty fireworks to be located at 3145 Lehigh Street which requires Conditional Use Review pursuant to Section 807.C. of the Zoning Ordinance. New York City Bus Trip
2012 Spirit Cruise & 9/11 Memorial
Salisbury Township is running a bus trip to New York City on Saturday, June 16, 2012. The ticket includes a cruise around New York Harbor on the Spirit Cruise Line with lunch and live entertainment, followed by a visit to the South Street Seaport, and then travel and entry to the 9/11 Memorial. The cost is $110 (non-refundable) payable by cash, check or money order and payment is due at the time of registration. Uniform Construction Code-Key Lock Box System Ordinance
On Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in the Salisbury Township Municipal Building, 2900 S. Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103, the Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners will hear comments and act on the proposed amendments to the Uniform Construction Code-Key Lock Box System Ordinance. Salisbury Township Comprehensive Plan (Draft) is available for review. The Comprehensive Plan sets overall policies for preservation and development over the next 10 to 15 years. The Comprehensive Plan addresses Natural Features Conservation, Land Uses, Housing, Transportation, Community Facilities and Services, Community Development, and Ways to Put the Plan into Action. The Plan may be reviewed at the Township Building M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Copies of all or portions of the Plan will be made available at cost. WALKING PURCHASE PARK - MOUNTAIN BIKE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 12-2010-564, registration is required prior to utilizing the mountain bike trails at Walking Purchase Park.
