TUESDAY APRIL 13, 2021 at 7:00PM
The Salisbury Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:00 PM remotely through the Zoom platform. The meeting will be to discuss the following items:
REVIEW OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE SALISBURY TOWNSHIP SUBDIVISION & LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 22)
Proposed changes to the Salisbury Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance include changes to Part 2 “Definitions” and Part 10 “Design Standards and Required Improvements”. Additional changes may also be discussed. All proposed changes may be reviewed at https://www.salisburytownshippa.org/event/planning-commission-meeting-125/ beginning April 8, 2021
REVIEW OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE SALISBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 27)
Proposed changes to the Salisbury Township Zoning Ordinance include changes to Part 2 “Definitions”, Part 3 “Districts”, and Part 4 “Additional Requirements for Specific Uses”. Additional changes may also be discussed. All proposed changes may be reviewed at https://www.salisburytownshippa.org/event/planning-commission-meeting-125/ beginning April 8, 2021.
All interested parties are required to participate remotely through the Zoom platform. Pre-registration is required and can be accessed through the Township website at: https://www.salisburytownshippa.org/event/planning-commission-meeting-125/.
As per the provisions of PA Act 15, enacted April 20, 2020, any interested party who cannot participate but wishes to submit questions or comments prior to the meeting, may submit such by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “PC 4-13-2021” in the subject heading or by sending U.S. mail to Salisbury Township, Attn: PC 4-13-2021, 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103. All questions and comments must be received by 4:30PM on Monday April 12, 2021.
