PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2022 at 7:00PM
The Salisbury Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown PA 18103. The meeting will be to discuss the following items:
1493 E. EMMAUS AVE – PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT (NO. 21-0242)
Review of the Preliminary site plan submitted by NuVision Properties, LLC for the land development at 1493 E. Emmaus Ave. Project proposes to convert an existing structure into 12 garden apartment units. The property is located within the R4, Medium Density Residential zoning district.
950 SOUTH OTT STREET – PRELIMINARY LAND DVELOPMENT (NO. 22-0018)
Review of the Preliminary site plan submitted by Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Co. for the land development at 950 S. Ott St. Project proposes to raze the existing firehouse and construct a new firehouse. The property is located within the R2, Low Density Residential zoning district.
REVIEW OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SALISBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 27)
Review proposed amendments to the Salisbury Township Zoning Ordinance which includes the addition of §27-310, “Cluster Housing Development Option”. Additional changes may also be discussed including updates to Part 2, “Definitions” in relation to this addition. All proposed amendments may be reviewed at https://salisburylehighpa.gov/event/planning-commission-meeting-130/ beginning Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
