PUBLIC NOTICE
The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 S. Pike Ave, Allentown, PA 18103. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
2218 North Melrose Lane (Appeal No. 23-0364) – Appeal of Myron Haydt, on behalf of Randall Weston and Joanne Regina, for variance relief from §27-403.4.E(3)(a) to erect 4’ high decorative aluminum fencing within the required front yard setback (max. 3’ high permitted) and from §27-403.4.E(4)(b) to maintain two 4’ high stone walls (max. 3’ high permitted) at 2218 North Melrose Lane. The property is located in the CR, Conservation Residential zoning district.
