The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown PA 18103. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
APPEAL NO. 21-0312 – 1040 FLEXER AVENUE
Appeal of St. Thomas More Parish for a variances from §27-704 (Attachment 8) and §27-709.1.B to construct an internally-illuminated, free-standing sign with an LED electronically changing message at 1040 Flexer Avenue. Specific variances requested are: sign face size (74.50 sq. ft. proposed, 12 sq. ft. permitted); height (8 ft. proposed, 6 ft. permitted); internal illumination (not permitted); and LED messaging (not permitted). The property is located within the R3, Medium Low Density Residential zoning district.
