Allentown Public Library

Residents of Salisbury Township can obtain library cards with valid identification at no cost.  There are multiple children’s services offered, including programs for preschoolers to teenagers as well as a Summer Reading Club.  Adult services include book clubs and cultural events.  Additionally, Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton public libraries have opened their collections to each other. This collaborative collection sharing effort will be known as Lehigh Valley Library System which allows residents access to many more items to borrow and timely delivery of those items to your home library.

Computers and Internet Access: 

The library provides:
1. A dedicated high-speed link to the Internet
2. Hardware and software for public use
3. A wireless network for patron use
4. Printers for public use. Computers are free to use with your library card. Free wireless internet is also provided to patrons who bring a laptop to the library.

Online Tools:
The library makes available (both at the library and at home through www.allentownpl.org) subscription online databases to help with research and school projects.
